The Events Committee is responsible for overseeing The Chamber’s offerings. This includes the Annual Meeting, Breakfast Programs; the Golf Outing and other major undertakings. Committee members will also help to identify and recruit new members for the Chamber.

Includes Welcome Signs, web-based advertising, webinars, etc. The committee will consider The Chamber brand and ways to enhance it and review The Chamber’s communications practices. Committee members will also help to identify and recruit new members for the Chamber.

Public Policy Committee

The Public Policy Committee will make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding legislative initiatives that The Chamber will engage in on the local, state and federal levels. The committee will prepare policy statements on issues affecting the business community. The committee will also develop strategies for implementing the policies once they are adopted by the Board. Committee members will also help to identify and recruit new members for the Chamber.
